Locking Events
Locking events prohibits users from changing their availability for an event. For example, Sally says she is available for the 3/31 show. She goes back a week later and decides to change her availability, if the event is UNLOCKED she will be able to update. If the event is LOCKED, she will not be able to make this change.
Posting Events
Users will not see what events they are scheduled for unless the event is POSTED. If the event is UNPOSTED, users will see it on the company calendar and can see event details if they click on the event, but it will not show up under Me>My Schedule until the event is POSTED.
