Shift Exchanges
Allow your users to drop & pick-up shifts as needed. But don't worry, every exchange will have to be approved by you!

Custom Email Settings
Make exchanges work for you by choosing when you and your team get notified of who needs a shift covered.
- To update your settings, go to Manage>Settings.
- Click the "Gear" icon next to "Exchange Shifts"

- Click the settings you would like activated for your shift exchanges.
- On Exchange Request
- Email MGMT: Notifies managers that a request for coverage has been submitted.
- Email Scheduled User: Sends email to the user that submitted the request.
- Email 'Available but Not Scheduled' Users: Sends email to any users who marked themselves available for the event but was not scheduled.

- On Pick Up
- Email MGMT: Sends email to managers when a posted shift is picked up by another user. Manager can 'approve', 'deny', or 'approve and send email' which sends an email to all parties involved.

- Monday Reminders
- Weekly Reminders: Sends an email to all users on Monday with shifts still needing coverage.

- Weekly Reminders: Sends an email to all users on Monday with shifts still needing coverage.
- Managers to Include on MGMT Emails
- Select which of your managers you would like to receive emails when "MGMT" is referenced. This is in addition to managers who are currently set to receive "Reply to" emails.
- On Exchange Request
Approve or Deny Requests
Whenever a user tries to pick up a shift you'll get an email where you can approve or deny it with just a click, directly from your email.
