Tracking groups are visible when scheduling an event. Create tracking groups with one or more roles so you can see when scheduling how often a user is scheduled in a certain type of role.
You can even filter it by specific 'Event Templates'.
Create a Tracking Group
- Go to Manage>Role & Groups
- Click the blue "Tracking Groups" button
- Complete Fields
- Name: Name of Tracking Group
- Roles: Click on roles you want included in this group
- Events: If the tracking group is show specific, click the events it applies to
- Display Order: The order of the tracking group icons when scheduling (see below)

Display Order
Display Order determines which tracking groups are displayed in which order. You can also customize the color for each tracking group. In the example below:
- Lorelai is scheduled for a Front of House Shift one time.
- Lorelai is scheduled for a Roadshow zero times.
- Lorelai is scheduled for a player shift for ComedySportz one time.
- Lorelai is scheduled for two shifts total during this month.
